PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Executive Housekeeper, supervises and manages the cleaning, preparation and provision of the guest rooms in a timely manner, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and the appearance of the Hotel. The Executive Housekeeper will promote an atmosphere of doing “the right thing” by modeling and communicating the company’s mission, vision and values.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
- High School or GED
- Thorough knowledge of general cleaning principles and practices.
- Requires knowledge of use and hazards of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: staff training, inter- department communications, and staff scheduling. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
