- Formed in 2009 by AHA principals and Steve Surgent
- Will acquire upscale and upper upscale hotel properties in the continental U.S.
- Value-add philosophy - renovations, re-brandings, improved management
- Formed to capitalize on recent historic capital and space market difficulties
